About the program
The objective of the project is to define a roadmap for the creation of a national center of excellence in cybersecurity, including initial and continuing training in cybersecurity and an interactive simulation environment (Cyberrange).
The project has two main bodies: Steering committee and follow-up committee.

Exploring the link between cybersecurity, initial training, and vocational Education.

Examining the management of a cybersecurity training center.
3Methodology
Developing a competency framework and using interactive simulations. Understanding the micro-certification approach in vocational traini.
4Matrix
Establishing a skills reference framework, linking training to professions.
Activity 3
Analysis of the existing situation and the needs of companies and government agencies in terms of training and recruitment.
Activity 4
Implementation of the matrix in Armenia and identification of training courses: 3-day workshop attended by a representative of Toulouse and EU partners.
Activity 5
Interactive simulation environment: 3-day workshop: interest, challenges, specifications, timetable, with a representative from EU.
